Incorporate a huge range of exercises including lat pulldowns, seated rows and tricep extensions into your home workout routine. Simply add Olympic weights onto the two weight holder pins to increase the resistance.

The compact kit attaches to the back of your Commercial Power Cage, and includes an additional rear base stabiliser.
