What is the standard shipping time for heavy gym equipment?
Orders for heavy equipment like power racks and barbells typically process within 1-2 business days. Shipping times range from 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer a warranty on your strength training gear?
Yes, all Vulcan Fitness products come with a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Select items, such as our premium Olympic bars and power cages, carry a limited lifetime warranty on the structural integrity of the steel.
Can I return a product if it doesn't fit my home gym space?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please measure your space carefully before purchasing. Return shipping costs for bulky items are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

How do I maintain my Vulcan Fitness barbells?
To prevent oxidation and maintain the knurling, we recommend wiping your bar down with a light coat of 3-in-1 oil and a stiff nylon brush once a month, especially in humid garage gym environments.
